The Ridings Restaurant has both a relaxing and intimate atmosphere serving an excellent menu of home cooked food, which is freshly prepared from local produce.
The menu itself changes on a monthly basis and provides a wide range of choices to suit the majority of tastes. We are also able to accommodate those with special dietary requirements.
Parties of 30 or more will receive sole use of the restaurant, bar and conservatory and we can cater for up to 60 people when holding a formal lunch-time or evening meal.
Please note it is recommended that you book a table to avoid any disappointment.
The Ridings restaurant also plays host to The Rotary Club of Rossendale every Wednesday evening when they hold their meetings.

Supreme breast of chicken filled with a butternut squash mousse served with dauphinoise potatoes, coated with a Madeira jus

Herb crusted fillet of salmon sat on creamy mash potatoes, coated with a watercress sauce
Three cheese and tomato tartlet served with a tempura of onion rings, rocket salad and rosemary and garlic infused hassleback potatoes
